Executive Director (2011-present)
Responsible for the financial stability and artistic success of SWOJO through strong leadership and initiative, fiscal responsibility, and strategic thinking. Oversight of all internal operations, all aspects of contributed fund development, grant writing, education/outreach programming, and personnel management. Established an annual international composition contest 2013. Established a music publishing division 2015.
Technical duties include
Created, updated and maintained multi-media content on swojo.org. Integrated HTML5 audio and digital downloads to website.Redesigned and built internal “members only” website and electronic press kit.
Built web pages for composition contest. Developed and integrated online application form for composition contest.
Project manager and technical lead modernizing and converting the HTML website to a responsive WordPress site with new e-commerce functionality for the music publishing division.
Monitor and analyze reports on web traffic, email campaigns, and social media including Google Analytics, Mail Chimp analytics and Facebook analytics.
Virtual music school – web app platform to connect music teachers with music students. 2012-2014.

2005-2006. A global logistics Fortune 500 company headquartered in Seattle, Washington, focused on moving commercial shipment and clearing customs entry to complete customer satisfaction.
Developed and implemented automated solution on time to comply with new U.S. Customs regulations.
Designed, developed and deployed software solutions for complex series of online workflow screens for export automated systems.
As a production support analyst, identified and remedied defective systems in production. Quickly communicated solutions focused on exceptional customer service.
